Christmas 2022 Motorhome Rally in Spain at Bonterra Resort

Overseas Rally at the beautiful Bonterra Park Resort 5* campsite in Benicassim, Spain. This fabulous campsite will play host to our Christmas and New Years Eve Rally and is ideally situated in the Costa del Azahar.

Benicassim is a costal town with great coastal walks, cycling and golf all close by. The town itself has many cafes, bars and excellent restaurants. It’s an all year round town with banks, hairdressers and local commerce open throughout the winter months. The supermarkets are ideally located with a Mercadona opposite the entrance of the campsite and a Lidl is a few minutes walk away.

The resort itself is 5* with spacious pitches, swimming pools, refurbished shower blocks, serviced pitches and an excellent restaurant onsite. It really has everything you will need!

The rally is open to all looking for some winter sunshine and a break over Christmas and New Year 5/12/2022 to 9/01/2023 that includes all the campsite fees*, Welcome Drinks, Christmas Lunch at the Campsite, New Years Eve Party, three excursions and many laughs!

There will be group afternoon BBQ’s, Games, Quiz’s, Bike Rides, Golf, Cookery Lessons etc.

If we have any musicians (good or bad!) impromptu singing will be most welcome!

We have made this dog friendly for those looking to bring their pets.

*Dogs €1.28 each daily charge up to 2 per pitch and Electric Use is chargeable 0.40 per kw

Day 1 - 7

Week 1

  • Welcome Drinks at the Campsite
  • Gold Pitches allocated for your duration.
  • Coach Trip to Peniscola visiting the Castle, Artillery Depot and a Wine Tasting with an English speaking guide.
  • Quiz in Clubhouse, Restaurant open daily with fabulous ‘Menu del Dia’ in the evening.
  • Included Welcome Drinks, Coach Trip to Peniscola Included.

Day 7 - 14

Week 2

  • Coach Trip to Morella visiting the Castle and Basilica with an English speaking guide.

  • Quiz in Clubhouse, Restaurant open daily with fabulous ‘Menu del Dia’ in the evening.

A very interesting tour passing through the beautiful countryside of Spain and Portugal. We visited some of the 'must see' towns on our travels, where the guides tours included in the trip made us aware of their rich history and interesting facts. Giles and Linda were really good hosts, helpful and easy to get on with and made us fell welcome immediately. For us, as we are in our mid 70's and none too fit, there was rather a lot of walking involved on this tour to get to various venues. But that was probably our fault for not checking before we booked!

Here we are at Bonterra Resort Benicassim, almost into week 4 and having a brilliant time with something to do every day. The resort and surrounding area is very nice and our organisers and hosts Linda And Giles have been excellent organising and dealing with events in a very calm, friendly and professional way, nothing is too much trouble for them. In my opinion they are the perfect combination to run this type of motorhome tours. This is our first tour with them but the feedback and comments we have had of other tours we will look forward to booking another tour again soon. Thank you Linda and Giles for your advice, help and hard work to make this tour so enjoyable and memorable.

Our first time in a motorhome abroad. Motorhome tours made it so easy! Giles and Linda who run Motorhome tours are very organised, provided a great welcome and ensured our trip down to Spain went smoothly. The itinerary was excellent and the sites superb, making for a wonderful experience. It's been so good that we have booked for the next year's Christmas rally and the Tour of Italy. We can't recommend them enough!

Well where do I start? From beginning to end (and still ongoing) we have had a marvellous time on this Norwegian Adventure with Giles and Linda and the amazing group of fellow travellers ❤️We’d always wanted to do this sort of journey but were not that confident booking ourselves. Linda and Giles’s meticulous planning and organising meant we could just enjoy the breathtaking scenery and join in the events without all the worry. They are a great couple who made everyone feel welcome, you could join in with as much or as little of the trips they planned . And as for our fellow travellers ? Well we’re finding it difficult to say goodbye ….some of us have joined forces on the journey home …today from 20 we are 6 ☹️ And many of us have booked again for another trip next year…think that says it all❤️ So thank you both for making the last 5 weeks such a blast ? PS The girls say thankyou for all the treats and cuddles ??❤️
